Financial services remains a ripe space for the development of creative new products and services. While this movement has benefited consumers, innovation has primarily been product and technology-centric. The industry is still asking consumers to behave more like bankers, communicating what’s happening with their accounts through ledgers and interest rates instead of providing intuitive solutions. Is it time to disrupt the way we think about financial products and services? Learn from experts and experience the challenges and benefits of human-centered design for products, services, and organizations.
