How can banks stay in tune with transformative tech trends and how can new capabilities be integrated into a global bank’s roadmap?  HSBC is both working with a number of large technology companies in a strategic fashion whilst investing in Fintechs to create better customer propositions and internal efficiency.  In this fireside chat we explore how HSBC decides when and how to work with Strategic Technology partners, including smaller FinTechs, and how are they “learning by doing” through the application of new technologies for their clients.
