Doris began her career at Morgan Stanley where she held multiple roles within Capital Markets over a span of six years. While at Morgan Stanley, she was responsible for driving strategic initiatives across Legal & Compliance in New York and leading clients' revenue and profitability efforts within the Finance division in Hong Kong. 

Previously, Doris spent five years with Nomura. Initially in New York, she was part of their strategic change management group leading process reengineering efforts across a multitude of functions globally across the organization. Subsequently with Nomura Hong Kong, she led FP&A efforts for their Capital Markets Division.

Doris holds a B.A. from Bernard M. Baruch College and an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
