Andy is the founder and CEO of Silot, a Singapore based Fintech Company that empower financial institutions for next-generation efficiency & capability by connecting data and functionalities silos, with the immersion of AI and BlockChain.

Silot pioneers the development of streamlined efficient commercial bank solution that helps financial institutions in Southeast Asia to consolidate Unified QR Payment, AF/AML Compliance, Onboarding and Banking Ops. Andy is also the visionary that sets the direction of the project and motivates the entire team to share the same vision. He also sets the culture of Silot as one which is open, inclusive, and forward-thinking.

Prior to setting up Silot, Mr. Li worked in Baidu.com (NASDAQ: BIDU) oversaw the operation of Baidu Global Payment in his role and also based in Bangkok as regional representative at the company. In the past 10 years, he also served in a number of leading blue-chip internet companies such as Sohu Changyou (NASDAQ: CYOU), SEA Group, (NYSE:SE) and Kingsoft (HK.3888) in their global expansion phase.

A Chinese national having resided in South East Asian region near 20 years, Mr. Li is a veteran in cross-border business development and expert in management of cross cultural and cross region operation. Mr Li holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Dundee Business School (UK).
