Anish is a Fintech professional with 15 years of experience in payments, consumer mobile & internet space. He was previously part of the senior leadership of PayU & Citrus Payments. Prior to this, Anish was the founder of payment startup- Zwitch, India’s first contactless mobile payment startup – Cashnxt Technologies & Neartivity Wireless and mobile VAS & Internet startup – Ifuturz Wireless.

Anish innovated India’s first Contactless mobile payment & Shared ATM network for financial inclusion and India’s first NFC mobile payment platform for non-NFC phones. He was instrumental in conceptualising and launching India’s first mobile interactive TV channel – Hi TV , South India’s first mobile VAS portal on IVR & SMS and the first reverse bidding contest on IVR & SMS and Interactive celebrity IVR portal for Idea Cellular. Anish also launched India’s first Virtual girl friend for mobile phones – TINA, using Artificial intelligence across all mobile operators in India in 2003.

His achievements include leading the mobile payment startups Neartivity Wireless & Cashnxt to become the ‘ Top 75 startups in India to bet on” by Dare Magazine (2010) and “ Top 10 Product Technology startups in India” at Headstart 2009. He also played a major role in establishing the Cashnxt brand as leading mobile payment solution which was covered by major international and national media like The New York Times , Readwriteweb and The Economic Times.
