Di was appointed the role of General Manager, GTS in late 2016 and commenced with the WIB business in January 2017. In this position Di has responsibility for Westpac’s Global Corporate & Institutional service, product and specialised sales teams, which span the domestic and international market.

Prior to joining the Westpac Group, Di held the role of Managing Director & Head of Transaction Services, Asia Pacific for JP Morgan, based in Hong Kong since 2013. In this role, Di was responsible for driving the firm’s regional business across cash management, liquidity and escrow services, leading key functions including strategy, sales, product development, risk management, client service and solution implementation. In her time at JP Morgan, Di led the firm’s local, regional and global teams to deliver market-leading solutions to its customers.

Previously Di was Chief Operating Officer for Citi’s transaction bank in Asia Pacific and held several other senior roles in the 13 years with the institution including Regional Head, Global Payments & Receivables, Treasury and Trade Solutions; Head of Cash Management & Trade Services, Citi Australia and E-Solutions Manager, Citi Australia. Di has also held a variety of roles at Hewlett Packard and SAS Institute.
She was named one of the “Most Influential Women in Payments 2018” by PaymentSource, for driving change, innovations and new technology in payments.

With a Masters of Business Administration from the Macquarie Graduate School of Management (Australia) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree from University of Western Sydney (Australia), Di is a key supporter of diversity and the retention, development and advancement of women in the workplace.
