Josh is a serial entrepreneur with a passion for technology and data. He has been working at the intersection between finance and tech for the past five years, with extensive experience in the financial management of businesses small and large.

He co-founded a technology training company that supported small and medium businesses with financial management software, particularly Xero. Through this company, he was able to see first hand the impact that technology and data can have in businesses, particularly smaller businesses, and how vital such an understanding was to the overall success of any company. This journey led him to his second company, which focused on providing affordable, technology-backed bookkeeping and accounting solutions to businesses across Australia.

Having exited both companies, he set his sights on one of the most untouched (and frankly ugly) areas of financial services - debt collection. In less than two years, InDebted has become one of Australia's Top 50 funded technology companies reinventing a multi-billion dollar global industry through technology, data, and machine learning.
