Leo is the Co-Founder and Group CEO of Crowdo. He is recognized as a top leader within the Asia Pacific fintech industry having been named as a top fintech influencer and leader by Visa, EY, Next Money, Lattice80, and Fintechnews.sg. Leo is a highly sought after industry opinion leader having spoken as a key note and featured speaker at industry signature events such as Lendit, Money 20/20 (2019) as well as international events hosted by the World Bank, IFC, Asia Development Bank, MAS and SCM. Leo started his career with McKinsey & Company in Tokyo focusing on technology and innovation projects. After moving to the Firm’s SE. Asia office in 2002, Leo primarily focused on projects in supply chain, distribution networks in emerging markets such as Indonesia. After leaving the Firm, Leo worked at Diageo as their strategy lead for Asia Pacific focusing on strategy, managing distributor networks and managing strategic alliances. Leo holds a Law Degree from Keio University in Japan, and a MBA from INSEAD.
