Linden Dawson

APAC Customer Success Manager
Linden is the APAC Customer Success Manager for ForgeRock, a leading, global digital identity management software company. Her goal is to ensure that her regional banking customers are successful at building digital services that are both fit for purpose and future-facing. This requires managing diverse digital identity programs of work at tier one financial institutions across Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Linden’s background includes senior leadership roles in sales, marketing and customer experience at companies such as Australia Post, Ipsos Research and News Corporation.

Linden holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree and is currently completing a Masters of Public Policy and Management at the University of Melbourne on the weekends. 

She is known for having those awkward conversations with customers that put them back on the right track - from business executives to hands - on developers. Her favourite quote is from Picasso - ‘You have to know the rules before you break them’.
