Mary James is a gender equality and social inclusion specialist with over 15 years experience working in gender equality and social development across the Australian aid program in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Mary currently leads on women's economic empowerment, including financial inclusion and investment in women’s SMEs for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, and her experience spans NGOs, private sector and government.
