Matthew Chen is CEO of Sunline’s Oversea Business Group, overlooking all oversea subsidiaries. Matthew first joined Sunline in 2015 as the CEO of Sunline’s subsidiary - Sunline Financial Systems & Services (Qianhai) and successfully spearheaded the division to greater heights. In his current role, Matthew has boosted the company’s expansion into the oversea market. His exquisite skills in strategic planning and people management has proven valuable to the top management team.

Matthew has more than 20 years of experience in Banking and Finance, specializing in Treasury and Risk Management domain. He has led countless Treasury and Risk Management projects all over Australia, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Macau. Prior to his service in Sunline, Matthew was the Vice President of SunGard and has led the entire Banking Solution Business Group in Greater China Region for more than 10 years. He also acts as the Regional Director for Professional Risk Managers’ International Association (PRMIA), an American based non-profit professional risk managers’ association.
