As Vice President for Business in the International Group of Singtel, Sze Meng lead the team to develop and implement new engines of growth that will help accelerate the Singtel Group's initiatives in the mobile financials, digital entertainment and SME businesses.
Sze Meng joins Singtel from PayPal where he was the General Manager responsible for generating revenues across Hong Kong, South Korea and Taiwan where he managed merchant services, merchant marketing, SME and consumer business. Prior to that, he was Vice President for Marketing where he led strategy and insight across the Asia Pacific and was also the Chief Marketing Officer for China based in Shanghai. He also established commercial and marketing partnerships with merchants and banks in China, South East Asia, India and Russia/CIS as the Visa AP cross border marketing lead and was a member of the Visa AP strategy team. Previously, he was a management consultant with McKinsey & Co in Chicago and Monitor Deloitte in Singapore.
He serves as a member of the board of trustee of Singapore Institute of Technology, an advisory council member of World Vision Singapore and a member of Temasek Junior College Advisory Committee.
Sze Meng holds a MBA degree from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University and a BA degree in Public Policy from Stanford University.
