Tracey Davies is the President and Managing Director of Money20/20, the world’s leading FinTech and payments summit. She is in charge of driving the event’s global expansion and developing growth strategies for the business. Run by Ascenital PLC (formerly known as Top Right Group/ Emap), Money20/20 is one of the organisation’s key events with editions launched in America, Europe, and in Asia debuted in Singapore and China in 2018.

For the past 10 years, Tracey has been with Ascential PLC where she held a number of senior positions and developed an in-depth understanding of the global FinTech industry as well as the UK’s retail sector and vendor ecosystem. Tracey is an experienced growth strategist that has supported businesses through major organisation changes with a proven track record in conceptualising and implementing company-wide turnaround strategies. She is also an experienced public speaker and chair for conferences and events.

Prior to leading Money20/20, Tracey was the Managing Director and Board Director for Retail Week, one of Ascential PLC’s key events which has since made its mark as the UK’s largest and most successful paid-for content and events business. Here she was responsible for revamping Retail Week’s print legacy business by implementing a digital transformation strategy for paid content and subscriptions.

Tracey also held roles at Nielsen owned by private equity firm KKR and Emap/Topright group owned by Apax Partners where she held a variety of senior media leadership roles.
